As a Lead Installer, you’ll manage full installation projects in residential and light commercial settings. You’ll run the job site, lead a team, communicate with the office, and ensure everything is completed safely, on time, and up to standard.
- Leading residential and light commercial HVAC installs
- Managing install crews and mentoring junior technicians
- Ordering and organizing all necessary materials
- Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and compliant
- Inspecting work for quality control
- Coordinating permits and documentation
- Maintaining accurate job records
- Managing job costs and keeping projects on schedule
- $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)

- 3+ years of HVAC install experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- EPA or NATE certification (preferred but not required)
